Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their service request within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the transaction.
  • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Subscription fees, one-time setup costs, and customization services are non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund?

  • To request a refund, email quickmove@quickmovetech.com with your order details.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
